PINS
Pin sizes range from diameter ¼ inch to as large as 6 inches and lengths from 2 inches to 60 inches. Typically, pins are offered in SAE 4140, SAE 1045 and SAE 1020. Pins are made from quench and tempered steel and then induction hardened to provide wear resistance as well as a long life.
Our facility is capable of manufacturing different types of pins:

BUSHINGS
Bushings are manufactured with diameter from 1 inch to 8 inches. Standard bushes are offered in SAE 1040, SAE 1045 and SAE 52100. These are induction hardened in the bore or all over and can also be provided in low carbon case carburizing steels as well.
Our facility is capable of manufacturing different types of bushings:
- Through hardened bushings
- Case hardened bushings
- Track bushings
ROCK BREAKING COMPONENTS
Our rock breaker tools are heat treated within our facility and our product catalog ranges from 80 MM in diameter to 140 MM and from 700 MM in length to 2000 MM.
